Why does glass take longer to process?

Every glass bottle is hand-poured to order by our beekeepers — we don't pre-fill and stock glass inventory the way we do squeeze bottles. This means your order is filled fresh, specifically for you, which takes a little more time but results in a product that's as fresh as it gets.

Does raw honey expire?

Honey is one of the only foods with an essentially indefinite shelf life when stored properly. Keep it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. If it crystallizes, place the bottle in warm water (never microwave) to return it to liquid form — crystallization is a sign of purity, not spoilage.
