  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7 business days (Tuesday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Glass items are hand-poured to order, and may require additional time to process.
  • Custom Orders: If applicable, custom or made-to-order items may require additional time to prepare, including orders with glass packaging.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate economy shipping at checkout so our customers can spend less on shipping. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
